Gateway to the Arctic Camp was established in the summer of 2013 on 101 acres in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska.

Gateway to the Arctic Camp is a service-oriented agricultural camp that teaches its participants the significance of serving those in need and the value of hard work, all while having fun and learning about sustainability, agricultural growing processes, farming, carpentry and stewardship of the earth.

Gateway to the Arctic Camp is dedicated to building an inclusive workforce to support camp operations. We offer competitive opportunities and pay. Our supported employment program provides additional assistance to employees who experience disabilities to ensure an environment in which all our employees can be confident in who they are and what they are capable of.
