Gazal was a long-established, publicly listed apparel company in Australia, with more than five decades in operation. Based in Sydney, it operated as a leading supplier and retailer across Australasia, managing a portfolio of company-owned and licensed brands including Calvin Klein, Van Heusen, Pierre Cardin, Bracks, Nancy Ganz and Body Nancy Ganz. Through a multi-channel distribution network that spanned wholesale, company-operated retail, and e-commerce, Gazal extended its brands across the region. 

In 2014 Gazal entered a 50/50 joint venture with PVH Corp to form PVH Brands Australia Pty Ltd, combining Gazal's market reach with PVH's global brand portfolio. In 2019 PVH Corp completed the acquisition of Gazal, integrating Gazal into PVH's Australian operations.
