GCAM is an international cultural asset management and consulting firm based in New York City that provides advice, expertise, and museum planning services to governments, institutions, corporations, foundations, and individuals. It was founded in 2008 by Thomas Krens, who formerly served as director of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. GCAM specializes in developing master plans for new museum projects worldwide, including the design and development of cultural master plans, museums, and exhibition spaces, as well as generating exhibitions, educational programs, and content.
