GCET, short for Greenfield Community Energy and Technology, is a municipal utility owned by the City of Greenfield in Massachusetts. Established as a Municipal Light Plant, it is tasked with delivering local telecommunications and energy services to the community. The organization focuses on providing broadband Internet and VOIP phone services to residents and businesses, and also supplies Internet for municipal operations. GCET handles the installation, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of its network with a dedicated in-house workforce, and it operates independently from the city government under its own Board of Commissioners. 

Beyond its core operations, GCET also serves as a consultant to other communities pursuing municipal broadband. In 2024 the organization expanded its broadband deployment to underserved parts of Greenfield.
