Originally founded by NSA employees to provide access to group insurance plans, GEBA’s membership has since expanded ALL Civilian Federal Employees and retirees, military (active duty, retired, disabled, and veterans), and their families. Membership is FREE and activated upon enrollment in a plan or service and continues as long as you maintain any plan or service with GEBA.
