GenCap Construction Corp. was established to promote a new vision for construction project delivery, specializing in design-assist and design-build delivery methods for both the private and public sectors.  We have extensive experience  in the mixed-use, multi-family and commercial/retail/office tenant improvement markets., as well as hospitality, higher education, health care, municipal and civil/infrastructure construction delivery.
