General Carbon carries a complete line of activated carbons made from coal, coconut shell and wood for most vapor and liquid phase applications. These include granular, pelletized and powdered products. We also inventory impregnated carbons for specialty applications, high capacity non-impregnated carbon for H2S control, and specialty medias for the treatment of contaminants that carbon may struggle with.

If you are looking for a carbon system, we can likely meet your needs from our stock of canisters, medium to large sized adsorbers, high flow capacity tray filters and FRP cylinders. We also carry a large inventory of fans, particulate filters, PVC piping, bag filter housings, pumps, flow meters, hose kits and any other accessory equipment needed to make up a turnkey system. General Carbon can also engineer, design and build custom filters and systems for unique applications. Lastly, we provide on-site changeout services for spent media on a nationwide basis.
