Genesis Commercial Group is a real estate company based in Fallston, Maryland. Its activities encompass acquiring and managing real estate assets, as evidenced by a noted investment in a 6,528-square-foot Steinway Piano Gallery building on a 1.18-acre site in Bonita Springs, Florida, purchased for $2.9 million. The firm’s operations appear geared toward asset acquisition and property ownership within the real estate sector, serving clients involved in commercial property ownership and investment. With a presence in Maryland and a recent notable cross-state acquisition, the company positions itself as a small-scale player focused on strategic property investments, operating in an industry that includes larger commercial real estate firms but distinctive for its emphasis on asset ownership rather than brokerage alone.
