Genesys Works Chicago's mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. 

We envision a future where all young adults are equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills required to achieve career success, upward mobility, and a lifetime of economic self-sufficiency.

Our program intervenes in young people’s lives at a crucial time when they are making critical decisions about their futures. The program provides rising public high school seniors with 140 hours of business technology and accounting/finance training over an eight-week paid summer training session, followed by a part-time ten-month paid internship of 1,000 hours with Chicago Corporations.
