GenOn Ministries is a non-denominational Christian ministry that partners with churches and other organizations through training, resources, events, and support to grow intergenerational Christ-centered community. 

GenOn Ministries is led by a dedicated staff, working board of directors, and over 100 passionate volunteers. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is funded by training events, resource sales, and donations from individuals and partner churches.

GenOn fulfills our mission by: 

• Training ministry leaders and teams in the theory and practice of intergenerational ministry  
• Advising and counseling church ministry teams regarding the development and management of effective ministry approaches 
• Providing Bible curriculum and other resources to support local ministry teams 
• Advancing and communicating new ideas and points of view on intergenerational ministry and providing forums for their further discussion by ministry leaders 
• Facilitating the connections between denominational leaderships, church ministry teams, and other ministries and organizations that are seeking to create ministry solutions
