Geometrik Studio specializes in the delivery of high-quality concept design, architectural design and computer imaging & visualization services.  The Studio's work is based on the philosophy that a compelling visual presentation combined with thoughtful, effective design will sell ideas and win projects.

With more than twenty-five years experience in architectural practice, including nearly twenty years in the area of design visualization, Geometrik Studio has firsthand knowledge of the design process and the technical aspects of building technology. The studio has worked closely with architects & interior designers, construction & project managers, real estate sales & marketing groups to deliver visual graphics that serve the unique needs of each.

As a design consultant, Geometrik Studio can work collaboratively with your staff to develop and evolve creative solutions. It can also work independently to deliver excellent concept design proposals, expanding  your company's capabilities or capacity to handle an additional workload.

As a visualization consultant, the studio has prepared visual graphics to support all aspects of project development cycles, including schematic design, design development, city & government approval and final marketing & sales. The studio understands the sense of urgency that accompanies the RFP process and can support your efforts in time-critical situations.

Geometrik Studio is owned and operated as a sole proprietorship by Tim Fairbanks, a multi-disciplinary artist and designer based in the Twin Cities.
