George Weber, Inc. Environmental (GWE) specializes in policy analysis, planning, management, and collaboration building in efforts to solve complex problems and improve the natural environment and peoples’ lives.  The company formerly did business as the Geographic Applications and Research Group.

GWE supports public, business, and non-government organization clients by taking a systems perspective, integrating system components, and drawing on a range of data and expertise from natural and social sciences, community and organizational development, law, and engineering.

GWE has developed and applies a distinctive approach for building collaboration among stakeholders, technical experts, and other resources to solve complex problems. The approach enables clients to benefit by:

*    Developing a strategic vision, comprehensive and systematic analysis, and strategic and implementation plans to build collaborating networks of stakeholders;

*    Resolving and mitigating conflicts before they cause significant political, legal, and cost constraints to carrying out planned projects and programs; and

*    Carrying out projects and programs more effectively and efficiently than approaches typically taken that lack a guiding strategic framework.
