Georgetown Suites is the premier choice for Washington, DC suite hotels. This all suite hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, a historic DC neighborhood. Georgetown Suites consists of two buildings that are located just a half block from each other. Both buildings offer the same amenities and have similar decor. Many of our repeat guests have their favorite building, while others like to alternate which property they stay at each time. The 30th Street building is just steps from M Street, Georgetown's shopping and dining corridor. This building features 140 suites including studio suites, one & two bedroom suites, two level town homes as well as Executive and Luxury suites and a one bedroom penthouse suite. The Harbour building features 80 suites and is located across the street from the offices and restaurants of the Washington Harbour Complex on the Georgetown waterfront. This building features studio suites, one bedroom suites, and a two bedroom penthouse suite. Two of our three conference rooms are located in the Harbour Building. Georgetown Suites offers a charming, historical location for your corporate events and meetings. Groups up to 100 people can be accommodated depending on the set up required. For larger meetings, the Harbour Building has two meeting rooms with 1800 square feet total of meeting space. If you are planning a smaller event, the Washington Boardroom in the 30th Street building offers a bright boardroom setting.
