The Georgia Senior Living Association (GSLA) is a nonprofit, member-based trade association based in Atlanta, Georgia, active in representing Georgia’s senior living industry since 1998. Its mission is to promote the quality of life for Georgia seniors by guiding the industry through education, advocacy, and partnerships, and its membership includes state-licensed assisted living communities, personal care homes, memory care communities, and retirement campuses where such services may be offered, as well as industry partners that supply products and services to the sector. GSLA is described as the only association that exclusively represents and supports Georgia’s senior living communities. In 2025 the organization added two new board members, Leslie Finkley and Joshua Peterson, and hosted its annual GSLA Awards Gala in Atlanta on June 12, 2025, recognizing six individuals with Hero Awards. As a nonprofit organization, GSLA serves as a coordinating body to advance education, advocacy, and collaboration among providers and partners to support safe, dignified, and quality care in residential settings.
