We currently manage over 130 homes. We offer full service management and placement services. Over 15 of our current property owners live out of the country and another 25+ live outside of Minnesota. We offer placement, day-to-day management, repair and maintenance services, annual inspections with city officials, rent collections, and many other services. Residential and Commercial Sellers' and Buyers' Representation - We work with buyers in the purchase of their next home or commercial property. We offer full service representation in working with you to make the right decision on your purchase. Our Commercial and Residential listing services include: Full Service Listing and assisting the owner in selling their own property. Commercial Property Management - We specialize in small to medium size commercial buildings. We currently manage in excess of 300,000 square feet of commercial property. Our buildings include, office, warehouse, light industrial, retail, and mixed use. Our services include: Placement, accounting, rent collections, marketing, repairs and maintenance, and day-to-day management.
