GGB Capital LLC was formed in April, 2009 after nearly a year in preparation.  The firm is focused on helping struggling property sellers and buyers find a new strategy for closing the sale of a home when conventional financing is not available.  Once relegated to only marginal buyers and sub-standard properties, the spectacular collapse of the sub-prime mortgage market has opened up the seller finance opportunities tremendously and is now making it a main-stream financing option for sellers with sufficient property equity to make the deal happen and for buyers who "just-missed" meeting the new lending standards of the remaining conventional lending groups.  Over the years it has morphed to a company more broadly focused on non-performing mortgage restructuring and consulting in the real estate marketplace.
