Gillette College is the eighth and newest community college district in Wyoming. Established on August 17, 2021, Gillette College is located in the Northeast corner of Wyoming serving Campbell County, the City of Gillette, and the Town of Wright. Gillette College has a long-time presence with degree and certificate programs offered in the community since 1969. While transitioning to full institutional accreditation, Gillette Community College District will remain in partnership with the Northern Wyoming Community College District. We proudly offer our strategic vision to help every student earn a degree. Our students earn Certificates of Completion (CoC), Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Science (AS), or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees and study a breadth of subjects, such as Business, Education, and Nursing. Our Career and Technical programs are both popular and a local community pillar. Many of our students easily transfer to four-year colleges, thanks to the superb education and advising they receive at Gillette College. Gillette College thrives because of our community. Local citizens, private donors, and city, county, and state municipalities joined forces to invest in our highly regarded school, bringing many educational opportunities to the region.
