Ginsberg & O'Connor, P.C. was established in January of 1992, in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Mr. Ginsberg, a certified civil trial attorney, formed the firm with the idea of developing a small but focused and attentive trial practice. Adam Raditz joined the firm in May 1996, he focuses on municipal court, traffic violations as well as personal injury cases.

The firm specializes in handling medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and automobile negligence cases from start to finish. This includes the preparation and development of expertise in actual jury trials.
Currently the firm becomes involved in over twenty trials a year both in the Superior Court of New Jersey and Federal Court. Over the years the firm has expanded the scope of matters it handles to include sexual harassment claims, defamation lawsuits and psychological malpractice claims.

The firm continues to handle workers' compensation matters, municipal court matters and other traffic violations. However, the firm has been and will remain primarily involved with complex personal injury cases.
A major source of business is generated through referrals of both New Jersey and out of state attorneys who have repeatedly exhibited their trust and confidence in the firm's ability to take the most complicated and fiercely defended claims to trial and successful conclusion.
