10x Good Food Award winning jams, shrubs & bitters, handmade with heirloom fruit on Orcas Island in our original six copper pots. We're inspired by the long history of orchard keeping on Orcas Island -- and a craving for the highest quality, locally sourced, organic fruit preserves nature and careful craft can provide. Our throwback preserves are made in an old-school style that emphasize structure and pure, ripe, naturally grown fruit. We believe in local, seasonal eating, supplemented with bounty preserved from seasons past. But we don't fuss—our ingredient lists are short and simple. We never use commercial pectin. We still process all the fruit in-house. We believe organic, heirloom fruit, should speak for itself.

Our line of shrubs & bitters are perfect for gatherings and everyday celebrating.

Our line of classic spoon preserves and cutting preserves –- are tailor-made for sweet, and savory pairing – as well as cooking for the creative. A natural pairing for cheese, our preserves upgrade your cheese platter to sublime. We believe they bring a sense of gravitas to any meal– an appreciation for tradition: for the bounty the land can provide, and the simple human ingenuity that inspired us long ago, to preserve it.

11 years in, woman owned & operated, we’re still sticking to our original mission – to honor the agricultural legacy of this place started over 120 years ago and create a product worthy of it- something truly special.
