Glide Bikes, Inc. is a manufacturer of children's learning bikes, also known as balance bikes.  Glide Bikes™ are the only U.S. designed balance bikes with mountain bike geometry, giving the rider a lower center of gravity for more stability and safer balancing.  There are no pedals and no training wheels to get in the way, so kids can take the first important step to riding a traditional bike – learning how to balance. 

Designed and invented by a father and avid cyclist who saw the need for a learning bike with superior construction and design, Glide Bikes™ are made of lightweight alloy and are the only balance bikes with footpegs, giving kids a fun way to glide and training them to place their feet where the pedals will be on a traditional bike.  The quick-release seat clamp makes height adjustments easy, the handlebars adjust for proper arm alignment, and the easy-to-use handbrake is sized just right for small hands.
