Global Changemakers is an international youth organisation and a pioneer in supporting youth-led sustainable development. 

Driven by the mission of empowering youth to catalyze positive social change, our work centers around enhancing the capacity of young people to develop and implement their own solutions to global challenges. We provide skills development, mentorship, exposure, networking and grant funding to high potential young leaders passionate about making a difference - and the results have been astounding.
