We are a full service construction company. We carry liability and worker's comp Insurance. We are licensed as a Certified General Contractor (CGC) in the state of Florida. We are able to work in residential and commercial properties. We specialize in interior remodeling, i.e. kitchens, baths, closets, drywall... Recently the state of Florida has changed the requirements for inspections. After June 1, 2011 a general contractor cannot complete any type of home inspections. After June 1 persons must have a seperate certification to perform each type of inspection. We have the certifications required to perform wind mitigation inspections as well as home & 4 point inspections. We are located in Coral Springs Florida and work primarily in the South Florida, tri-county area (Dade, Broward & Palm Beach).
