Global Recovery Group ("GRG") provides international debt recovery and consulting services for export credit agencies and other financial institutions in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, including Ex-Im Bank, OPIC, Atradius, Euler Hermes, FMO, ICIEC, SERV, OeKB, and KfW. GRG has recovered on over $1.5 billion of commercial debt in 90 countries around the world, and has an extensive global network.
GRG’s capabilities extend to helping resuscitate overleveraged companies through financial and business restructuring. GRG, in a joint venture with FMO (the Dutch development bank), jointly owned, managed, and sold a 300-employee food processing company in Ecuador to effect an 80% recovery on a 17-year old defaulted debt. GRG has also raised investment capital for companies in Colombia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic to recapitalize debtors and recover on behalf of creditors.
