GMC Properties is a full service professional real estate management company that was founded in 1984. It was founded by Jeff Simms with the purchase of a single family rental property in Allegany, NY. By 1989 Mr. Simms had established GMC Development, a partnership set up solely for the purpose of purchase and management of commercial and residential properties. In 1997 GMC Property Management was formed and the company was relocated to Jacksonville Fl.

 Over the last 21 years, GMC Property Management has expanded to own and operated apartments in Florida, the mid-Atlantic, Texas and Utah. GMC’s expansion has included all aspects of the multi-family business, including acquisition, disposition, asset management, value-add rehabilitation, ground up development and 3rd party management.

We provide our clients with outstanding service in the field of residential property management. We accomplish this by emphasizing attention to detail and a strong hands-on approach to the management of all of our clients’ communities.
