As an extension of the services offered by GO Recruitment, GO Futures Human Resources is a team of professional recruiting and Human Resources specialists providing best practice consulting services to the education sector and not-for-profit organizations in the recruitment, sourcing and selection of senior leaders.  We have worked with Boards of Education in the public K-12 sector to facilitate their searches for Superintendents, Secretary Treasurers, Directors of Education, Directors of Human Resources, Directors of Facilities, and District Principals of various specialties.   

For over three years, the Principal Consultants of Ron Pound and Catherine Jagger have completed more than forty searches for school districts throughout the province and many specialized human resources projects.
