Founded in 1978 by James Gold and Norma Hammes, Gold and Hammes represents only debtors in consumer and small business bankruptcies - Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.

Over more than 35 years of practice, Gold and Hammes has represented thousands of debtors in bankruptcy cases.  Yet, each client receives the personal attention of a highly-experienced attorney which is necessary for proper case analysis and preparation.
