The Gold Coast Arts Center is an independent 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, serving the community for over 20 years, whose mission is to promote and supporte the arts through education, exhibition, performance and outreach. More than 100,000 people of all ages and backgrounds have benefitted from the Arts Center's classes, live performances, programs, films, art exhibits, and outreach programs.

GCAC is proud to be an affiliate of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts: Partners in Education program and the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. We are also active partners with several universities and school districts throughout Long Island and Queens.

GCAC produces the annual Gold Coast International Film Festival, which is designed to enrich the cultural offerings of this region and to promote and support the talents of extraordinary filmmakers from the United States and abroad.
