Golden Coast Construction & Restoration was founded in 2004. We are a licensed, bonded & insured general contractor.

Golden Coast Construction is a well versed contractor specializing in fire restoration, residential remodeling,  & custom home construction. Our professional team of architects, designers, project managers, office staff & skilled craftsmen will help you navigate through your remodel, new home or restoration projects. We pride ourselves for staying on time, on budget, every time!

Golden Coast is very active in the local community and around the world. Owner, Alex Kotyakov, donates his time and resources to charities domestically and worldwide to serve the less fortunate. Golden Coast partners with several charities such as “Light to the World Ministries, “Heart of a Child” & “Agape Ministries” to name a few. We assist with mission trips throughout South America and Europe by contributing monetary donations and volunteer activities.
