Since 1991, Golden Eagle and it's subsidiaries emphasize in real estate acquisition, development and construction. Our projects have included development and construction of over $1 Billion in commercial properties, as well as hotels and mixed use residential projects.

Our employees are engaged in investment feasibility analysis, project acquisition, land planning and development, quality house designs and customizations, financing and accounting. We have employees on our jobsites who specialize in property development, construction and sales. Golden Eagle Group maintains full management responsibility for all its land development and construction activities.
