Goldstein & Lee, P.C., originally established in 1979 as Law Offices of Richard S. Goldstein, P.C., is dedicated to obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for corporate managers, executives, investors, highly skilled workers and academic scholars. Maintaining fully staffed, separate and distinct offices in both London and New York, the P.C. firm offers a full range of legal services at American Consulates and Embassies abroad, particularly in Europe and Japan. It represents many of the world's most recognized international organizations in their efforts to transfer foreign staff to the U.S. 

The firm is uniquely equipped to serve consular visa needs at the U.S. Embassy in London, Paris, Brussels, Bern and Tokyo, where it maintains close links with Embassy practices and policies. We also deal with most of the other American Consulates throughout Europe and Asia. Our lawyers and staff in New York are able to communicate in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French and several dialects of Chinese.

The New York office changed its name to Goldstein & Lee, P.C. in July of 2009, however, the London office will retain its name of Law Offices of Richard S. Goldstein.
