We’re a Detroit-based graphic design studio that collaborates with city planners¹ and researchers², social activists³, non-profits ⁴, foundations ⁵, and public realm institutions ⁶. We use design to amplify visions of progress and equip communities and institutions with the resources to shape a fairer and more sustainable future. What We Do 1 ⎯ Publication Design We design publications, including reports, books, and fundraising tools, that transform stories and ideas into tactile experiences, encouraging public engagement and discourse. 2 ⎯ Campaigns & Exhibits We create campaigns and exhibits that deliver compelling messages, promote public awareness, and foster support for social, environmental, economic, and artistic movements. 3 ⎯ Toolkit Creation We develop engaging, scalable toolkits for training, education, and civic advocacy; from workshop materials and handouts to posters, and instructional guidebooks. 4 ⎯ Data Visualization We transform complex data into clear, persuasive visuals that boost understanding, empower decision-makers, and spark collective action — tackling a wide spectrum of topics, from land use analysis to public health insights and beyond. 5 ⎯ Brand Identity Design We build unique brand identities that forge meaningful connections between places, organizations, and their audiences. By blending strategic research with accessible visuals, we help our partners achieve measurable growth and deepen engagement with donors, supporters, and stakeholders. 6 ⎯ Wayfinding for Public Spaces Together with architects, city planners, and place-keepers, we design intuitive wayfinding and signage systems that enhance how people experience and navigate environments.
