Co Founder, Jennifer Scism has incorporated what she learned from over 20 years of culinary experience in New York.  Starting as a cook in a 4 star restaurant, Jennifer continued her carrier as a chef, co-owner a Michelin Star restaurant in Manhattan & competitor on Iron Chef.  Her all female team was the first to defeat Mario Batali.   Jennifer has taken that knowledge and created an amazing collection of meals that are: Real Food for Real Adventures.
