Gordon Training International is a professional training and coaching organization focused on human relations. Based in Solana Beach, California, it was founded in 1962 by Dr. Thomas Gordon, a Nobel Peace Prize nominee, and provides training, products, and services for leaders, parents, and teachers around the world.

The organization employs the Gordon Model to help improve interpersonal relationships through its programs. Two core offerings are Parent Effectiveness Training and Leader Effectiveness Training, with activity across 43 countries.
