Gould Consulting Services was formed by Leanne Gould, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA to provide counsel and their clients with forensic accounting, business valuation, financial advisory and expert services in commercial and bankruptcy disputes across the nation.

Our goal is to assist counsel and their clients to understand complex financial and business valuation issues in a variety of disputed matters by listening, evaluating the facts and documents produced in the case, and explaining our findings and opinions clearly and in a practical manner. 

Independence, quality, integrity and responsiveness are the cornerstones of our business.  Because of our diverse experience, we are able to think "outside-the-box" - an important attribute for forensic accountants.

We provide commercial litigation support services and expert testimony in matters involving forensic accounting, economic damages, disputed business valuation and asset/transaction tracing in a variety of shareholder disputes, contract disputes, third-party insurance claims, and matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets and trademark infringement.  We use our experience in the analysis of large data sets to assist national and local business defending wage and hour class and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and similar state statutes.

We also understand the bankruptcy process and have over 20 years experience providing financial advisory, analysis and expert witness services in bankruptcy disputes and adversary proceedings involving voidable transfers, solvency, alter-ego, and transaction tracing through multi-tiered entities.
