Govan Law Centre is a Glasgow-based free legal resource and Scottish charity that operates as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Its legal work is delivered through the practice of Dailly & Co., Solicitors, providing advice and representation in courts and tribunals across Scotland. The centre is based in the Orkney Street Enterprise Centre in Govan, Glasgow, and runs a national Education Law Unit along with other collaborative initiatives to broaden access to legal services.

Its work focuses on individuals and families seeking legal assistance, including matters related to education and housing stability in Glasgow, with activities that include homelessness prevention partnerships. In 2026, GLC announced new initiatives such as a pilot Family Right Project and expanded collaborations with Rise and Shine, Early Years Scotland and Right There to support families affected by homelessness in the city. It also launched a community-based energy advice service in Glasgow during 2026, reflecting its broadened service scope.
