GPI is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Houston, TX. After the 2008 Great Recession, our founders founded GPI and acquired the first property in 2009. Right now, it has invested in assets across the U.S. worth over $700 million. We are a vertically integrated firm with complex understandings of acquisitions, asset management, and property management.

GPI focuses primarily on the acquisition and management of multifamily and hospitality properties, as well as fund management, and debt investment for real estate-backed loans.
