GPRS is based in Maumee, Ohio and provides services aimed at preventing damage to underground utilities and collecting data for construction projects. Its primary offerings include ground-penetrating radar, utility locating, and concrete scanning, helping identify critical targets such as buried utilities, rebar, and conduits to keep projects on track. The company also conducts CCTV inspections of pipes for leaks and defects, with results displayed through its SiteMap platform.

For documenting existing conditions, GPRS uses 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry to produce as-builts, CAD drawings, BIM models, digital twins, and other deliverables for design, prefabrication, clash detection, and asset management. Its SiteMap geographic information system aggregates utility, structural, water and sewer, and facility data into a secure map viewer with virtual site tours and measurement tools. A recent development is a 2024 partnership with CDM Smith to 3D laser scan roughly 5,000 square feet of interior and exterior spaces at a Raw Water Pump Station, underscoring collaboration with clients on site visualization.
