At the Grabow Hand to Shoulder Center we provide the latest non-operative and minimally invasive techniques for care of the shoulder to fingertips. 

Unlike many orthopedic surgery clinics which apply generalized training to all aspects of the body, we have focused our expertise in treating only the most complex of areas: the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. 

Our founder, Ryan J. Grabow, MD, is one of the few Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Hand to Shoulder specialists is Southern Nevada and is the only specialist in the state providing nonoperative treatment for the disabling condition Dupuytren's Contracture.   

At the Grabow Hand to Shoulder Center we treat patients for all conditions that affect the shoulder to fingertips.  Unlike some hand centers whose primary emphasis is surgery, our primary emphasis is our patient. Despite our surgical expertise, conservative treatment is always maximized before considering surgical options.
