Our services include:  Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Dental, Behavioral Health, Optometry/Vision Care, Podiatry and Physical Therapy.  Grace Health accepts Medicaid, Medicare, uninsured and most commercial insurances.  Currently, over 300 staff are employed by Grace Health.  We are actively looking to grow our team with individuals who are respectful, friendly, helpful, and are passionate about serving others.
