Graef Construction, Inc., since 1994, has been providing professional and specialized subcontracting services and equipment rental in the areas of grading, paving and site utilities.  Graef has strived to provide the most professional subcontracting services for grading, paving and site utilities since our first project.  We strive to look ahead for our clients and be prepared to meet their respective needs.  We have consistently tried to develop lasting partnerships with all of our vendors, developers and contractors.  Over the past 22 years we have worked closely with a wide range of those partners on a variety of projects, including commercial, government, municipality and educational projects.
