The GRAMMY Museum is a mid-sized nonprofit organization in the music sector, based in Los Angeles and located on the L.A. LIVE Campus. Founded in 2008, it seeks to deepen public understanding of music history and significance through exhibits, education, grants, preservation initiatives, and public programming. The institution explores diverse facets of the art form, from the technology of recording to the legacies of figures who have shaped cultural identity. Since opening, it has welcomed more than 1,000,000 visitors, hosted over 820 public programs, curated more than 80 exhibits, and served over 300,000 students. Its audience includes museum visitors, educators, students, and the wider arts community, with programming designed to engage a broad public in music heritage. In April 2026, the museum partnered with Sportsmensamf to sponsor an intimate evening at Riverside Revival, in association with the Americana Music Foundation.
