GraniteStar Capital is an alternative investment management firm based in Lake Forest, Illinois. Since 1993, we have provided money management services to high net worth individuals and institutions by trading futures markets with an emphasis on conservative risk management principles. Our primary investment objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation for our clients, while maintaining a low level of correlation to other investment strategies. We offer discretionary and systematic trading programs and specialize in technical analysis, pattern recognition, and the execution of favorable risk-reward trades. We have been registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) since 1993 and a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) since 1997. We manage an absolute return fund for high net worth individuals and family offices. We also manage separate accounts for individuals, family offices, and financial institutions. Our returns are non-correlated to other asset classes, allowing accredited investors the opportunity to profit in a variety of economic environments.
