Grant Me Hope's mission is to find adoptive homes for foster children before they age out of the system alone facing homelessness.

Grant Me Hope has three goals:
1.) Educate the public as to the plight of the aged-out foster child
2.) Recruit more foster homes and families to limit the number of foster children living in institutions
3.) Get as many foster children adopted as possible

Grant Me Hope is a marketing initiative. We work alongside state, county and other nonprofit organizations to help them introduce foster children who are available for adoption to the public, hoping a good family will take an interest in the child. Grant Me Hope's primary program is the production of high-quality, TV broadcast-worthy one- and two-minute videos of the foster children who opt to participate in our program. These videos are done of individual children or sibling groups who wish to be adopted together. The videos are then aired on our partnering television stations (WZZM-Grand Rapids, MI; WXYZ-Detroit; WWUP-Cadillac, Traverse City, Sault St. Marie; WCPO-Cincinnati, OH; WKEF-Dayton, OH; and WRGT-Dayton; and TCT TV in Michigan and Ohio), used on our website and on social media.

The videos are meant to be an introduction to the foster child/children in that video in hopes of spurring interest by a potential family. The children we work with are foster children who's parental rights have been severed and therefore available for adoption by a new parent or parents.

Our state, county and nonprofit organizations that work with foster children work very hard for them. But unfortunately some do not identify a new family before aging out of the system. It's those children, those who are close to aging out and who are facing adulthood alone without a family to love, guide and support them, that Grant Me Hope focuses on. Each year in America more than 23,000 children (young adults) age out of the foster care system. Twenty-five percent will experience homelessness.
