Great Lakes Bay Health Centers, formerly Health Delivery, Inc., is a network of community health centers serving the Great Lakes Bay Region of Michigan. It traces its origins to 1969 when a grant supported a migrant health clinic serving farm workers, and it has since grown to be the largest health center organization in Michigan. The organization is based in Saginaw, Michigan and operates more than 30 locations, delivering medical, dental, and behavioral health services to over 50,000 patients each year, with supportive services such as transportation and extended hours to improve access, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
