Knox County School Organization is a free-standing tax-exempt public charity whose mission is to help Knox County Schools go from good to great. More precisely, we serve as a “catalyst, think tank, incubator and start-up funder for making Knox County Schools globally competitive.” The Great Schools Partnership wants to foster a relationship between the community and the schools, which engages the community to value education and invest, participate, and take responsibility for excellence for all students.
