The mission of the Greater Columbus Indiana Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is to build a world-class community by enhancing the quality of life and economic opportunity of the residents of Columbus and Bartholomew County, Indiana.  The strategic goal of the organization is to grow & attract well-paying, high value-added, community-minded primary businesses by influencing and leveraging the area's distinct capabilities in advanced manufacturing, design, and STEM education.
