Pastorate transition GPBC recently appointed a new lead pastor at the end of 2025, signaling a potential window for engagement around church strategy, technology adoption upgrades, and leadership-driven initiatives.

Tech stack The church already utilizes cloud and web technologies (AWS, Microsoft 365, Auth0, Google Maps, PayPal, Google Tag Manager, Nginx), indicating openness to digital solutions, integration services, and secure customer-facing platforms.

Budget Constraints With revenue under $1M and a mid-sized employee base, opportunities exist for cost-effective software, scalable cloud services, donor management, and nonprofit-focused IT solutions.

Regional footprint As a Portland-based church, GPBC is part of a network of faith organizations in the region, offering potential for partnerships, community platform services, and targeted local outreach tools.

Growth opportunities Upcoming or ongoing projects identified by a leadership transition suggest a readiness for project-based deployments such as streaming, event management, CRM for members, and engagement analytics.
