The City of Los Angeles organized a program of neighborhood groups (councils) whose purpose is to interact between local neighborhoods, residents and City government. The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council (GTLNC) was certified by the City of Los Angeles in September 2002 and has been active ever since. The boundaries of our neighborhood council include Toluca Woods, Toluca Terrace, West Toluca Lake, and of course, Toluca Lake. The Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council holds a regular monthly board meeting to inform neighbors about what is happening in our community and to hear any concerns from our neighbors/stakeholders. There are monthly Committee meetings that are the first line of access for your issues or concerns.
