Green Acres Storage takes great pride in providing high-quality and secure self-storage options for residential and commercial customers.

Company owner Seth Green grew up on the family farm near Grand Mound, Iowa. In 1990, Seth started a pre-owned car dealership and soon after added a truck rental business. Through his customers Seth learned of the need for clean, secure self-storage and professional management.

The first Green Acres Storage facility was built in 2003 in Cedar Rapids. With the addition of storage facilities in Marion (2006), Dubuque (2013), and Waterloo (2016) Green Acres now offers a combined total of 2,400 self-storage units.

Seth and his dedicated staff work hard to accommodate a variety of household and commercial tenants with both climate controlled and traditional storage units. They look forward to helping you with your self-storage and Penske Truck Rental needs.
