I would like to introduce you to GreenSwitch.   We are your So. Ca. distributors for this innovative product line.   We have more than 39 years in the building industry, and with a "Leed AP" on staff we share your passion to help economize while improving our environment for future generations.  
 
GreenSwitch is a simple wireless energy management system which provides remote switching of all designated outlets, switches, and thermostats from one main decora style card key switch or a sliding switch within decora style wall switch.   This wireless system enables each guest, tenant or occupant(s) to shut off all non-essential power during their absence, and eliminates both "phantom" or "vampire" power, as well as any "unattended" (forgotten) power.   Needless to say, in the hospitality environment this system poses a significant energy savings.  Each guest inserts their hotel room door key card into the main switch upon their arrival to the room or suite (thus turning on the power and A/C), and then removing that card key upon their departure, which turns off those designated outlets and lights, as well as setting the thermostat to it's pre-set economy mode.   Many of the local municipalities are also considering or offering rebates for this system.   However, even without such prospective rebates, the ROI can be very attractive, typically within 24 months or so.   GreenSwitch is also in the process of setting up financing programs for the retrofit market, which is poised for this wireless controlled product since it requires only device replacements (and no internal wiring).   
 
GreenSwitch utilizes the latest "ZigBy Pro" technology, providing the utmost in security codes and combinations, and is designed for compatibility to other related components.   For example, a remote "dashboard" central control system is currently in the development stage, and once available can be added to the system to provide central control from the front desk.
